Well I can say only, that you have to get practising)) the best way of it, is make rubbings ^^ a lot of them ...
make rubbings of your own hands (At least try),make rubbings of photos there you can learn colour))),make rubbings of other people's sketches.... aaaaand ....well yes ... It's how I learning ))
a bout colours you must know that on the pavement light is in warm colours but shadow in cold (with room turnover).Well it's basic rule that I applied.
if you have some special questions(problems) a bout it, ask more)))) ^^
and yeah... well I mean why not, is it bad?
